Turning Vibration-From Stop

Hey Guys, Ive got a 2000 4X4 ext cab 5.4L XLT.
When turning from a dead stop I can feel a vibration coming from (I think) the rear end. I only drive the truck occasionally (ive got a ranger for mileage) but every time I do I get this. It only does it on turns from a stop and never at speed turns. I use the truck to pull a camper and a boat and it is more pronouced when pulling.

Ive seen some comments about friction modifier in the rear end for the positraction clutches.
1) Should I be worried about this immediatly?
2) Should I empty the rear end and replace lube and add the modifier?
3) What happens if I do nothing?(not that I will but Id like o know what will be damaged)
4) Other things to check?

Thanks huge....

Do number 2 with the correct fluid, 75W140 and the friction modifier. That is assuming you have the limited slip rear. If not you have other problems. To verify, look at the axle code on your door sticker. If it is a letter and a number, it is LS, 2 numbers, it is an open.
See if that fixes or helps the problem. That is the cheapest thing you can do. If that does not fix the problem, and it may take a little time for it to help, then you will have to replace the clutches.

Any idea how long it should take?
Is there anything i can do to help it along?

Thanks again, Stephen
