Mass AirFlow Sensor

I was just curious if anyone has used one before or has one? If so how do you like it, does it make a noticeable difference?

I don't understand the question. All our engines have an MAF located in the intake.

It's my understanding, and I admit that I don't know a lot, that the larger MAF is only of value with a supercharger and increased flow injectors.
