Bad Bearing?

Bad Bearing?
Hey guys I have a 2000 F150 4x4 with abs and about 86k miles. After about 30 minutes of highway driving I slow down to a stop sign or light and I hear a high pitch whine coming from the front driver side wheel below 20mph. I recently replaced my brakes and rotors which has not fixed the problem and the whine does not change when I press the brake. I even shut my truck off, left it in neutral and let it roll down a hill and i still heard the whine. The whine isn't too loud, i.e. I can't hear it if the radio is on. I have been talking to some people and they say it is probably the bearing which is what I initially thought. Anyone have any thoughts?? Thanks -Mike

Usually, a bearing will make a bumping noise that can be felt when you turn in that direction. Turn left, left front wheel. It would be a hum sound if you were going straight. I guess it could still be a bearing even without the bumping, but I do not remember ever having one myself.
