Post Gear Switch.
my gears are 3.55 open diff. i was wondering if it were possilbe to switch it to an LSD. how much and how hard?

it would be less expensive to buy a locker. either way its a new case but a locker doesnt have clutches to wear out.

do you have a site to view which one i need for my truck? its a 4.2 and my gears are 3.55 open. i deffinantly want that 2 wheel fire. lol since its only a 2x4.

you have the ford 8.8 axle in the rear... many recommend the detroit true-trac. the oem LS unit is not really that great... good luck with whatever route you go.
