F150’88: need to identify parts

F150’88: need to identify parts

Dear colleagues,
it would be great if somebody could help me to identify a few parts (circled in red).

In the first picture, the coffee-can looking item is a vacuum reserve canister. it stores up a vacuum charge so that there's a steady supply of vacuum to operate all the emissions goodies under the hood (like the EGR valve and stuff).
The second item in that picture is an electric blower fan. I don't remember exactly what it's used for...I think it supplies air for the air-injection system on the catalytic converter setup. That fan is only on 300-6 equipped trucks...the V8s don't have one.

On your second picture, that is the transfer case. Looks like you got a little leakage. Bad gasket between the transmission and transfer case or maybe a bad seal where the rear driveshaft enters the case?
