beautiful, it will bolt up... ford can reprogram your pcm for you to the new ratio. this will preserve the integrity of the speedo/odo readings. how much did the shipping set you back?

 

a lil update here, after close inspection, my axle assemble is unscathed! So I swung by 4wheelparts and to my surprise I found a knowledgeable associate that helped me pick out some 4.56's and a new diff cover, I'm having them do the install this thursday. so I'm definitely looking forward to that. Total price for the parts was 450 (including RP dif. oil) and 220 for the install. Thanks for the input and we'll see how the 4.2 turns out
