help, im leaking

im leaking bad out of the front of my rear drive shaft where it enters the t-case. can someone tell me what kind of fluid goes in there. and how hard it is to change the seal. also i where i would add the fluid and how much it holds so i can see how much has leaked out. its not transmission fluid, its is pretty clear or seems to be. any help would be appreciated. thanks
