You are really going to overwork your engine and transmission.

Do you have 3.73's or 3.55's? 3.73's you might make it out of the bog and back home. 3.55's i wouldnt risk it.

37's are really taking your truck out of its power band with the stock axle setup. It really depends on how hard you are off-roading it. I would be more concerned about getting stuck and bogging down the motor trying to get out.

Take a friend and a recovery strap and post pics

Dropping down to 4-Low will help a lot.

still those 37s are going to put alot of strain on your truck. i would wait for gears then go out. or els you might hafto replace alot more then just gears

ran stock 3.73 gears in my 99 with 35's for 2 years and a 1 1/2 with 38.5's and offroaded everyweekend with out a problem so you should be fine.Just use 4 lo first and second gear overdrive off.Did many mud bogs and sand dune runs with it.did wonderfull in the mud but felt way under powered in the sand.
