I get an average of 10 - 11 MPG with my driving style. I definitely don't drive like my grandma but I don't floor it every chance I get. Depending on speed, if I'm cruising 75 mpg my gauge says I'm getting 8mpg or so. If I'm doing 55, I get around 14 MPG. I've got a 07 5.4 Screw 4x4, 6 inch lift, 35X12.5X20, SIDO exhaust and Aircharger.

you lose fractions of mpgs with each pound of weight you add. depending on how your truck was setup stock, 33's or 35's. 35's are pretty much what a 5.4L,3.73 axle f150 can handle comfortably.
