Gear Change

I have an 06 F150 with 5.4V8 4WD. My question is about the ring and pinion. I have a leveling kit with 33 inch toyo MT and stock 3.55 ratio. should i change it to 4.10 or leave it the way it is.

up to you

depends on how you drive it... you'll have a little more power off the line... the 5.4 is pretty powerful though, so you notice a lack of power in OD @ high speeds? like it down shifting?

You might want to look at a 4.30 ratio because that will give you about the same set up as the guys with stock tires running 4.10s, just a thought I think thats what im going to do

Torque multplication isn't just off the line...with a lower gear ratio, he'll notice more power at all vehicle speeds.
