Vibration/grinding when I let off the Gas at about 70

Ok, I just had the rear chuck redone on my 01 4x4 screw about a month ago. I also just had new brakes put on and also have put on new tires. The alignment has been done and the tires are balanced.

SO, here is the problem. When I am driving down the interstate and I am at about 70mph and let off the gas there is a vibration coming from the rear of the truck. I can feel in in the floor, like if I put my foot flat on the floor. I know that my axle seals are leaking, but the guy that fixed my gears told me that it was not enough for me to worry about at this time. Do yall think that I need to have him recheck the gears? Do you think it could be part of the axle seals leaking? Like if a bearing is going bad? How hard would it be for me to reseal the axles and replace the bearings?

Ok that is enough for now. Thanks for yawls help.
