Another Squeeking question

I have a 1999 f-150 4WD I hear a squeeking coming from the rear of the truck. When i'm running at highway speed I hear a high pitched noise as I drive. When I let off the gas the noise subsides when I get back on the gas the noise gets worse. When I stop it sounds almost like rubber against rubber Squeek, squeek, Squeek as i move foward slowly. DO you think it could be the U joints and if so How hard is it for a DIY job?

Thanks
Mike

Its probably the rubber leafspring bushing rubbing on the hanger. I read on a OASIS report I had for my '98 that it went to the dealership for the same problem and they replaced the bushing.
