4 wheel drive not working properly

I noticed the other day when i was pulling my friends Chevy out of the mud that not all of my tires were pulling while I was engaged in 4x4. The only tire that was not pulling was the front passenger side. Is this normal, or is something wrong with my truck? Oh and also I am planning on cranking my T-bars all the way up and I was wondering if I will need to get a front allignment and I heard that I need longer front shocks, If so which shocks. What is the biggest tire I can run with the T-bars Maxed out using factory 17in wheels?

Thats normal, you have an open front differential, one wheel will slip independant of the other, you would likely see that in the rear also if you have an open rear diff, sounds like you probably have a limited slip rear though thus the 3 wheel drive.

Will that sticker on the back make it perform different?

It's all normal, man. Just not enough traction on the drivers side, thus using up all the torque from the transfer case and spinning easily.... or something like that, been awhile since I knew the mathmatics of the fact.

in a way yes because off road means a posi in the rear but an open front end. regular 4x4 you have an open front and rear end.
