High Pitch Noise When Turning

Hi all. Whenever I make a left turn, I heard a high pitch noise. It does it in 2-wheel & 4-wheel drive, but not when I braking while I'm turning. Any ideas what could be causing this problem? 98 F150 4X4 ext cab 4.6L V8.

Check your front brake pads, it might be the squealer telling you they are worn out.

Never thought about brakes. This is my first F150. It's a big difference from my VW, but it's more fun to drive.

New Problem

This is continuation of my problem. The F150 is now in the shop with the check engine light own. I had the EGR and both O2 sensors replaced about 2 weeks ago. Now, they are telling me the same code came up. They replaced the 2 sensors, but now they can't heard the high pitch. The sound does not appear when the wheel is coldm but comes when it warms up. Stay tuned.
