Rear Driveshaft coming out? PICS UPDATED

I was under the truck today and noticed that the driveshaft going into the transfer case looks like its coming out. I took pics to show, but dont know if anyone else with a lifted truck might have this problem. Please help?

How much of a lift do you have?? That is normal. There is still plenty of driveshaft going into the transfer case.

I have a combined 8 inch lift, a 6 inch pro comp with 2 inch bilsteins up front and the 5 inch block with a aal. I didn't know if it was dangerous. you don't think it will be a problem, I don't do any off roading, its a street truck. I don't want the driveshaft coming out and causing a wreck.

Nothing to worry about IMO. It has only moved about 1 inch or so by the looks.
Sweet truck BTW

how long is the driveshaft part going into the transfer case? Does anyone have a pic to reassure me that everything is alright? I get a really bad vibration where the bed shakes and I can feel it in the seat and was told it was prolly the driveshaft.

I pulled my driveshaft out about a month ago and if I remember right you should still have about 3" in the transfer case. Nothing to worry about.

No, the driveshaft sticking out will not cause any kind of vibration. Not sure what it could be? Does it do it all the time or only at certain instances?

does it all the time between 45-60 and shakes it pretty bad but it shakes the front also. I think I need to get my tires and rims road force balanced. I took the truck to a mechanic and he got me over worried that this driveshaft was going to fall and flip the truck. I think I just got over parenoid. feel a lot better knowing its a little better than the mechanic said.

Yeah they might just need to be balanced.

Hey how do the bilsteins feel up front. I have that lift and I wanna do the same thing you did. Did you crank them all the way cause your angles dont look bad. Is there room for 37's

Just unbolt the driveshaft and pull it out to see how much is left. My guess is you have at least another 5 inches.

hey hash, the preload on the bilsteins are maxed at 2 inches, I dont know if I can fit 37's. The ride with the bilsteins are great. If your gonna go with the bilsteins tho, get the bilsteins that you can adjust from 4-6 and get a leveling spacer. Having the basic pro comp lift and seeing that big spacer really sucks. I keep thinking the samething, I dont want to buy the 37's to find they rub bad, but theres alot of room in the wheel well to fit some tire. Its all about being able to turn the wheel though.
