What axle to use

What axle to use
I have a 1996 F-150 and want to put a solid axle in to replace the TTB just was wondering if i am after the right one. i am after a dana 60 out of a 02-08 ford f-250 or 350 will it fit? I do know that most f-250s come with a dana 50 but i am awar of how to tell the diffrence
