4x4 dead

I flip the switch to A4WD, 4H, 4L. It does nothing. No click, no lighting up, just nothing. Is there a fuse I can check or trace the wires to the t-case?

Interior fuse panel, fuse # 23

Engine compartment power distribution box, # 17

BTW. It used to just go into A4WD and flash, but it doesnt even do that any more.

I get no clicking of relays. I checked my fuses which are all intact. I tested and have power to the switch. Is there some way to check if the switch took a dump?
