8.8 and walking ring gear bolts?

ok i need some help here i have a detroit locker going in the rear. this means i plan on being DONE with going in the rear end. my old problem is still an issue, i dont want the ring gear bolts to walk out anymore. what i did was i tack welded them to the carrier. it has helped so far until my lunchbox locker broke.

ring gear is a genuine gear 4.88 ratio and i have used loctite both times, first time was supplied ring gear bolts, second time was ford bolts. 3rd is also ford bolts but they got tacked welded to the carrier.

any ideas of whats causing this problem?

The only thing I can imagine is improper installation. I've heard of this problem on some heavier axles (D60s IIRC, due to the factory using the wrong bolts), but never on an 8.8". What manual are you using for assembly?
