squeel after shift

dont know if its tranny or belts or what. ok say i am on the gas hard, after it shifts it squeels a little loud, but the trans doesnt feel like it slips, no lose in momentum. i have had this sound eversince i got it with 28,000 miles, and now at 100,000 miles and 4 years later i really want to fix it. it is a 2001 4x4 off-road extended cab with the 5.4l and 3.73 rear end.

Please help.

thank you.

yep just your alternator overrunning on you belt as the RPM's suddenly drop.
A Gatorback will correct it.
