Rear Diff. Filler Plug.

I just replaced my pinion shaft in the rear and now i am trying to fill the fluid, but the plug is in there tight, so tight it the plug stripped out. I drilled it and tried to use a bolt extractor but it broke the T-handle clear in half. Any Suggestions. It would really be appreciated.

PB Blaster. But it may be too late for that now. Pull the cover.

Tried that before I drilled it, pulled everything off and still nothing, I am thinking about taking a chisle to it, as last resort, that is.

Heat the area of the casting around the plug with a propane torch, then use the extractor. The factory uses a thread locker/sealant that requires heat to melt it. You don't need to make it cherry-red, just a little warm.
