Driveshaft Spacer

Does anyone know where I can find a driveshaft spacer? I've heard Fabtech makes them but I can't find one anywhere.

Ok, I called Fabtech and they said that they haven't built any driveshaft spacer to fit my truck. Guess i'm gonna have to get the shaft extended.
