do you want to pay for apples, oranges, or lemmon aid?
New plugs, wires ( not sure if the 4.6 in 98 ) has coil on plugs, clean out the TBI, air filter, flue filter, oil change, Flush out the coolant, Transflush ( if auto ) new trans fluid if manual, change diff fluid, check belt's/ hose's..
You can do this your self, Ford will ask for your first Born to do this..
