I'm thinking about putting the stock 8.8 posi track from my mustang in the rear end of my f150 for some extra traction since my truck has the open diff and the one from the mustang is re-shimmed extra tight and just sitting around since I swapped it with the Eaton. Anyone ever done this and ran into any problems?

 

axle splines are different. Cars are 28 and trucks are 31
