Center Bearing Removal, '90 F150

Hey there, I'm not much of a mechanic, but I try to do all the work I can my old work truck. I have a '90 F150 4x4 extended cab with about 215,000 miles, and have been hearing an awful noise from the center beaing on the rear driveshaft, so I figured I'd replace it and the u-joints too. No problem with the u joints thanks to a puller from Tiger tools, but I cant budge the two bolts that secure the casing of the center bearing to the truck, even with an impact wrench. It looks like there may be some sort of clip that behind the bracket the bolt goes into, but I'm not sure how that would keep the bolt from turning. The clip doesn't wanna move either.

Also, when I pulled the driveshaft off, the bearing part of the center bearing came off with the spindle. Do I need a puller to get that off?

I can email pictures the all the stuff I'm talking about, because I realize that compared to most people who post on this website, I am a mechanical idiot.

Thanks to anyone for any help.

I believe the clips that secure the center bearing to the cross member are seized due to rust. Usually a little heat will help persuade them to move.

After removing the front driveshaft, remove the C/B bracket from the rubber cushion (by hand). Then remove the rubber cushion from the actual bearing by hand (which should still be pressed on the D/S stub. Next, use a two jaw puller and put the jaws behind the bearing and remove it.

When installing the new C/B assembly, I always use a pice of tubing or pipe and a hammer and drive the bearing assembly on the D/S stub.
