softer clutch

softer clutch

hope u can help i have a back injury and it is hard to depress the clutch for extended time, is ther a stronger master cylinder or slave that would make it easyer to clutch i have a 98 f150 6 5spd stx

When Was The Last Time You Inspected Your Clutch And Pressure Plate, I Had The Exact Same Problem, The Clutch Was Extremely Stiff And Very Hard To Depress, I Tried Bleeding The Slave And Even Had It Replaced. When I Pulled The Trans To Do The Clutch I Noticed That There Where 2 Broken Springs On The Pressure Plate. The New Clutch AND PRESSURE PLATE I Installed Was A Heavy Duty Unit Yet The Clutch Is 100% Easier To Depress. I Also Changed The Pilot And Throwout Bearing
