Practically NOTHING!!!except the speedometers are in kilometers instead of miles per hour...Here in the Phillipines Ford motor company sells f150's expeditions and rangers and econovans...
my f150 4x2sc 4.2v6 auto was built in kansas but its suspensions were made in mexico..speedometers and gauges are from canada and engine and tranny is from detroit
