OK, guys the problem started with the truck not starting everything(lights inside truck worked) i got the starter checked, battery good, ignition switch swapped out,clutch switch checked, and nothing i then proceeded to switch out the starter relay and it TURNED ON ,then it made a funny noise and i turned it off and it does not want to turn back on but what also gets me is that half of my fuses in the truck do not work they are good but i dont get my light tester to turn on when i am checking them it seems to be correct because my light tester does not turn on for my radio and my radio does not work now it worked before i messed with the starter relay. also i need to know if maybe anyone knows how to connect the wires back on to the starter relay,just to make sure i did it right, mainly the red wire and the wire coming off of the alternator

 

Heres a wild guess but is the fusable link to your battery ok?

 

make sure the connections are tight. also the battery cables are prone to going bad and corroding inside.
