Question Rear Gear Swap?

Hi everyone....I have a question that since I have never ever attempted this I am not sure what to expect or if I need to even do it. I have a 1997 F150 4.6 Automatic that had a Flowmaster catback put on it, a Superchip added and I went from 255/70/16's to 305/70/16. My rear gears were 3.55 before the mod's. What did I change it to with the wheel size change? I want a little more umph since she is kinda a dog in OD. I typically am running if memory serves correct 2100 at 76MPH.. Since I do not tow what would be a good gear change to ? Is it even worth it?

Thanks

Silver

Silverback,
I just switched from 3.55 to 4.10 in my truck, and the change was awesome.I feel like it is a perfect ratio for all around driving. pleanty of off the line power with out over reving on the highway. I would recomend 4.10.Besides,the next ratio available in a reverse cut for the front is a 4.56. I would choose that ratio for 35 to 38 inch tires. If you plan on staying with your present tire size in the future go with the 4.10s
Hope this helps
