Eaton posi fyi
The Eaton unit is the preferred traction aiding device among the Buick GN guys. It's touted as the strongest TAD available, as well as rebuildable. It's also what came STOCK in turbo Regals with the G80 (posi) code in the '80s, although since then, it's been updated and improved.
I've heard a while back that Eaton has a version that will fit in the Ford 8.8. But nobody could provide any additional info on it. So I contacted Eaton directly. Here's my original query...

There's a rumor going around that there is an Eaton posi that has just been released for the Ford 8.8" rear end. Is this true? If so, what is the part number and where can I get more info about it?
