Angry Transfer case model #

I just had my transfer case implode on my '97 F-150 4x4 and have a question on the model # of the transfer case. I went to a local used parts dealer online and went through the numbers punching process to get to a screen that asked what type of transfer case I had. The #'s were as follows:

Warner 1356, manual shift
Warner 1356, electric shift
Warner 4406, manual shift
Warner 4406, electric shift

I believe I at least know it is not an electric shift as I have a transfer case shift lever. I looked for a tag underneath and all I came up with was a sticker that had the following:

7GA
44-06-800-015

F75A - 7A195 - GA

The truck has a 4.6 in it. Can anyone help me out here. Please excuse the stupid questions.

4406.

They started using the 4406 in 97. The older ones were 1356s.

Does the "44-06" off of your sticker look suspicious?

It is cast on the 1356s for sure and probably on the 4406s also.
