Angry Clunking noise in 4WD?

I have 02 F150 4 WD FX4 Off Road with limeted slip. My issue is when using 4wd any time I would change directions or turn at low speed I would get a loud clunk coming from the driveline, like something is binding and this is on snow. And the 4 wd does engage.

I brought it to the Ford dealer they said it was the rear driveshaft slip yoke binding, first they greased per a TSB, brought it home tried it the next snow fall same thing. Brought it in again took the mech. for a ride, he agreed this was not normal and they ordered a new rear drive shaft, they replaced it and it is better but I still get some binding noise in the driveline.

Is this normal? The truck only has 29,000 miles on it
