Vibration on driver's side

Any ideas on this problem are much appreciated: I have 1997 F150 4X4 and it has a vibration only on the drivers side in 2 and 4 wd. When engaging the front drive, there is a noticeable 'pop' in the drivers side hub area. All the tires and suspension and cv shafts have been checked. The upper A arms and lower ball joints have been changed in the lasty month along with getting rid of the squeaky pitman arm. It is very loud at highway speed and seems to be louder when entering a curtve turning to the right. Any thoughts out there??

Do your tires look worn? Could be a tire noise. As for the pop in four wheel drive, your truck uses a system that slides a collar to engage the front axle, which happens to be on the pass side of the front axle. If the noise changes with cornering, I would look at wheel bearings or tires.
