Front Wheel Bearing replace/service

There seems to be noticable play in my front left wheel bearing when i grasp the wheel at the top and bottom and puch back and forth. I know it is not ball joints because they have been reciently been replaced. My question is that if they have slight play in them, do they need to be completely replaced, or can they be serviced? The truck has a total of 20,000 miles on it but has had a suspension lift and 35's since 5,000. The movement in the wheel can be seen as a VERY slight change in camber. Crossing my fingers

It looks as if you have a 2wd truck so if thats true then yes they can be serviced. The 4x4s though have a sealed bearing unit that is unserviceable. Having bad bearings after 30k with 35" tires isn't suprising. Some of the 4x4 guys with 35+ size tires have had to replace bearings and idler arms about once a year.

Thanks for the info guys. Do i have to use "front wheel bearing grease"? because ive got some castrol wheel bearing grease that i use on my trailer and dirtbike. In my manual, it specifically says FRONT wheel bearing grease.

Check and see what the manual says for grease specifications. Most likely they mean a high temp gease made for wheel bearings and not standard Lithium grease. I typically use a good high temp wheel bearing grease. On my D44 axle I'm not as worried as they get repacked after each offroad trip.

Read the can and ensure the grease can be used on vehicles with disc brakes.
