How can I tell what my axle ratio is?

I was wondering what rear axle ratio I have on my 2001 SCrew. It's a lariat package with the 5.4. I looked in my owners manual, but it gives me three different ratios that came with the 5.4. I crawled underneath my truck hoping there might be something written on the casing with no luck. Is there any way to determine my axle ratio without going all out and measuring driveshaft revolutions?

Either look on the door jamb sticker and search for the axle code on here (its been posted about 100 times), or there should be 2 tags on the rear axle. One will list the fluid type (75W140) and the other is the axle ID tag. It will list the axle type (8.8 or 9.75) carrier (open or LS) and gear ratio.
