4WD Front differential

I have a 1999 4WD F150 Lariat Flareside pickup. I put friction modifier in the rear differential.

Do I also need to put friction modifer in the front differential?

Not unless you have put in a traction device that requires it. So most likely No. just 2L of any good 75w90 will do.
