Can you point me to a good article on limited slip diffs?

I have done some searching but have not found a good article or two on how my LSD works, how to maximize taking advantage of it.

I found the following articles:
http://www.texasrover.com/differentials.htm
http://splparts.com/doc/tech/LSD.htm

I think my SuperCrew most likely has a clutch-type limited slip differential.

Thanks,

Tom Hall
