WLF,
I am in the process of working with Crash on an ATI, and I would be very interested in hearing the details on your install. I bet there are others as well. I told Crash I have a 3:08 open rearend and I got the distinct impression it is going to be wholly inadequate for supercharging. I would like to install 3:73 gears, carrier, the whole ball of wax. I don't think the install will be a problem, I rebuild pumps, turbines, gear boxes and the like for a living. Hopefully, the manual gives dimensions for shimming or tells you what the contact pattern is when blued. You should post it here or e-mail me at lilricky2@msn.com. I bet more folks are interested in the job you did than you think.

lilricky2,
I will work on it in the next couple of days at home. I only have a few pictures on my computer but they are important ones. I had this job done professionally about a year ago and was not happy with the results (noisy gears). I am very happy with the way it turned out this time.
Randy's ring and pinion gives good advise on pattern set up and what is and what is not a good pattern. I got my gears from Summit but bought the install kit from Randy’s (along with the Eaton unit). In the install kit they include a booklet with install patterns in it. Very good information.
Keep a watch for the post in the next week or so.
