The door sticker doesn't list curb weight to the best of my knowledge. Your owner's manual will list curb weight. If you don't have one, you can download it in pdf format.

You can get the GVWR off the door jamb sticker. That should be all you need, the other variables are obvious. 138.5 is short (6.5 foot?) bed, 157.4 is long (8 foot) bed. Flareside is the narrow bed with bulging fenders like Chevy's Stepside.
