As I explained previously, the Explorer is based off the Ranger frame, not F-150, and therefore does not fall into this catorgory, either...

when I looked up Explorer forums under Yahoo, this is the first site it listed. So therefore why I came here. the fact of it coming from either frame doesnt really matter to me, I was just looking for other people who may have modified their explorer or mountaineer for bracket racing. And still if anyone knows I'd really appreciate a link to that particular site.

thanks for moving this thread....I wasnt trying to cause any problems.
Thanks
Jack

Here, let me break it down to you in small words so you can understand it.

These are the specific vehicle forums on this site:
Lightning
Lightning Concept
SuperCrew
Harley-Davidson F-150
King Ranch F-150
F-250 / Super Duty / Diesel
Expedition / Navigator
Excursion
Lincoln Blackwood & Mark LT
Pre-1997 Models
Other Models
2004-2006 F150

As you can see, none of them say Explorer. Therefore, it goes into the "other model" forum.
If you can't wrap your brain around the whole thing, and still have questions, please direct them to the tree in mountaineers backyard.

Don't be that guy.

now wrap your brain around this.....why do you feel it nessary to be such a **** head? I dont give a rats *** who you are....I'd pretty much decided the people here were ok....then of course they are its just a few **** heads like your smart *** self that makes forums seem like they are run by a bunch of amature *******s....one day try growing up and learn how to be nice. Until then crawl back under that smartass rock you came out from under and die!

well, Its me again. The explorer turned out to be a 1993 model and if you want to find out more about how the build is going then go to

1993 Project "Bracket X" build up thread!
