STX Forum

You guys think that we have enough traffic to warrant our own forum? Looking in the "other models" forum I see that we started over half or the threads and out of the 107 total replies 90 of them are ours.

I think we have a good argument for getting a forum. After reading the link Ken posted I think I see an out. The STX is not a trim package such as XL and XLT. It is a special edition like the King Ranch, who has their own forum. Our trucks are factory unique by way of color coding, front valance, grill, radio, interior package and some other little things.

If any of you are good with computers you could just go in and change the name of this forum to STX.

I got the same responce (or lack of) on FTW also.
Another thing we have on our side is the fact that the made a STX in 98 also, and it was an option on the Ranger, don't know the year, but it was supposed to be the top of the line Ranger of that year. And what about the 04 STX's, a completely different truck than the XL and the XLT.

Would the real Admin please stand up, please stand up!

Sorry I couldn't resist!

On a serious note......maybe we should sign a petition or even flood the other areas with this same topic, I'm sure then it will get some attention!

Hope I don't get in trouble for this but fordf150.net has a forum for the STX. The site is a little slow on traffic but does have a specific forum for us. It's the only forum on that site that I look at on a regular basis.

Yep, in fact that is the only forum I look at regularly on f150.net
I guess we shouldn't complain though Jim, there is not a Lariat Forum either, and there is alot of those, although the KR is just a Lariat with Fancy Leather and 2 different color choices.

Hey guys just posted the question in the Questions about the site section. Maybe if enough of put in our two cents then we can get our own forum.

I am new to this (truck is 4 days old), and agree that a new forum is warranted, in that mine is "THE NEXT F150" ...
(I am almost hoping for a 2004+ forum, might even suit me better, but an STX forum would be great!).

Looks good and welcome to the stx club. I think they should have made the STX letters larger.
