2005 STX RCab
Anybody else experience this problem?
Same kind of sound you would hear if the window was slightly open
and it rapped against the guides.

 

do you have rain gaurds on your windows. I noticed that mine rattle on occasion.

 

No rain guards.
I wonder if it's the way the door latches to the minidoor.
This minidoor design is fairly new isn't it?

 

Not sure JDray, mine hasnt done anything yet as far as windows rattleling or anything else.

as far as the minidoors, i dont think its that new. same concept from the orignal extended cab i think, just smaller in width?

Well fellow STX'ers I maybe leaving the ranks on saturday going to look at an 06 supercrew. Not a done deal yet depends on what they will give me for my truck. I have 87k on it.



Well they gave me 12500 for my truck so the 03 is gone and pick up the 06 crew tomorrow. So if any one is Albany NY and looking for a really nice 03 stx 5.4 with 87k on it i know where you can find one.

thanks. yea i know but, you can since you can no longer get the stx the way mine was i had to switch to a plain xlt. I must say thought the new 06 rides a whole lot better then i thought it would. There are few things i miss already though. The sunroof is one and the remote for the radion is the other and of coarse the bola exhaust too.

 

The XLT IMO is the best all around truck. Congratulations, nditech! I like the color also.
