Well, I think I have a 75% fix. I cleaned all of the seals around the windshield - both sides. I also included the door seals up front as well. After cleaning with Armor All cleaner I finished it off with their protectant. I can barely hear the drivers side and the passenger side is also very faint.

Don't know how long it will last but for those of you with the rattling noise it is worth a shot. Good luck!
