F150/Navigator

Does anyone know if the front clip (hood, fenders, etc) from a Lincoln Navigator will easily replace the front clip on a new F-150?

If so, would love to hear from those that have done it.

This topic was covered hear a few months ago.
I think the consensus was that it was cheaper to buy a Navigator.
