wire harnesses
loooking up the right & left front fenders behind the head lights on my 99 lariat,i'm seeing two vacant wire harnesses, are these for fog lights?i have the auto lamp system.if these wires are for uninstalled fog lights where do they go,for a switch? thanks, pat
I do believe they are for the fog lights, although I don' know if the switch you have will work, never tried it, never had a reason to. If I can I'll look into it tomorrow.

pat, I think they do goto the fog lamps. This summer I got a kit from Ford to add fog lamps to my truck (because I have a 4x2). When I was replacing the switch inside the cabin, I noticed it was already "wired" for fog lamps, according to the instructions. But by that time it was too late for me to test those connectors. What you should do it just hook a volt meter to them and then pull the lever and see if you get juice.
