Windsheild washer nozzles

Any idea how to get these things off, one of mine has wax stuck in it and it is clogged. I'd like to get it off and clean it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just use an old toothbrush on them, usually gets the clog out.

Maybe you can open them up with a fine pin or needle??
