Please help me, I have a 91 ford f150 and the frame is rusting out pretty bad where it connects the body on the front end. What should I do??

 

Is it under the radiator, on the radiator support, or the front body bushings under the headlights and fender liner?

It is under the radiator around the front right bushing from the bushing to the headlight, I took it by an allignment shop and they told me they could just replace the front end piece that the bushings attatch to parts installed for $400..
