door rust and weep holes

My 2003 screw has lower door rust on all 4 doors. Oddly, there are weep holes on the passenger side doors, but none on the driver side doors. Is this a defect? Also, my rocker panel on the passenger side front is starting to bubble a bit. Does any of that paint on rust stopper work for a few years? Or is the body shop and big $$ the only way out? Thanks

Are you gonna keep your rig?
I would try POR15. Get the big stuff off and spray it w/metal ready. Keep it wet for 15 minutes then hose it off well. let it dry then POR15 it. You can brush it on. It isn't UV stable (it will chalk out on you) so top coat it w/aerosol bed liner. Should be permanent....

Almost makes me wonder if the doors with no drain holes were replaced at some point with aftermarket parts, I've never seen a Ford door without drains.

all doors have the black plastic things at both corners, but my left side actually has 1/8th inch holes drilled every few inches along the bottom. I bought it new and haven't changed doors. odd?
