Hey everyone I'm new to this site and this is my first post. anyways I have a 1999 f150 lariat super cab with power turn signal mirrors and when I bought the truck earlier this year I could tell the mirrors were starting to fade and even not work sometimes. I've looked all over trying to find the replacement bulb or lights trip or whatever is behind the mirrors and couldn't find any. My question is where can I find this part? Could it be a bad connection or should I just pull the mirror apart and bring the bulb or whatever it is into the ford dealership? Any is much appreciated!

 

Tilt the mirror all the way down, You will see two tabs that need to be pushed up with a long flat head screw driver. This will get the mirror cap off so you can replace the bulb. It should be a 168 or 912 bulb.

 

Alright I'll try that today and see if I can find that bulb! Thanks!
