Why isn't there a forum to bash non-Ford trucks? Maybe there is one and I just missed it. Anyway, I saw the ugliest vehicle I have ever seen today when I passed a newly purchased C*evy Avalanche as I was walking to my truck in a parking lot.

I thought the Aztec was laughable, but wait till you see this thing. It is huge, and I don't mean really lengthwise or heightwise (not moreso than my Ford), I kind of mean, well, just plain stick out all over the place butt-ugly huge. It looks like a cross between an Aztec, a Hummer, and a lunar vehicle designed by NASA. Ugggggh, how ugly. I was astounded that someone would pay the money they must have paid to buy that thing, and it looks like it's made out of plastic.

Who are C*evy's design people? Who will buy this (other than the moron at my gym)? I've seen commercials where it is supposed to go from an SUV to a pickup with fold down stuff. Seems like you'd be subject to the elements as soon as you fold down the back and lower the window to create the truck bed.

Screw waiting periods on purchasing handguns, they need to pass a waiting period for purchasing C*evy Avalanches....Maybe these people can get counseling before the purchase.

I haven't seen one in person yet just on tv but I seen a few of them pontiac aztec's I seen that pontiac is going to have another but ugly thing that looks like the aztec in a way but its called the vibe in a magazine.

 

Why would Pontiac want to do that,I heard production was halted on the Aztec because of slow sales. I did hear it on TV,though. I hardly ever believe much I hear on it anymore. The stylist who did the Avalanche was undoubtedly the same person who thought up the ugly Aztec. You can see the family resemblance,LMAO. The Avalanche was a good idea for a vehicle,it was just styled horribly wrong,very much like the poor Aztec. It's my opinion,and you can't change it,lol,,,,98

 

Not only are they ugly, but how long till all that plastic crap starts to fade and crack? I saw one the other day and just about pissed my pants cause I was laughing so hard!

 

Ya you all, I saw one about 3 weeks ago! Like cpadpl said they are just a butt ugle vehicle. The whole truck/suv is just so boxy looking. I wouldn't even drive one if they payed me!

 

I agree the chuby is ugly, as is the new Dodge Rams, they look like they have bug eyes!

 

I'm with the crowd that says these are incredibly ugly (not butt ugly cause even a ugly butt looks better than this). I stopped at a Chevy dealer just out of curiosity and they had the nerve to put an ADM of $5K on top of the sticker of $38K for a grand total of $43K! I guess only the rich, stupid, and blind will be driving these.

They made the Escalade uglier too? I still cringe when I see that grill,and those headlights,lol. Thats funny about the price gouging,here in South TX,they are offering $4,000 off the price. Guess they aren't selling well. Hmmm,I have only seen two Avalanches running around Houston,,,hehehe,,,,98

 

When you drive the best there is, there is no nead to bash anyone else. When you drive a infrerior vehical is when you have to bash Ford, it makes them feal better.

 

you guys know who helped develope that piece dont you? thats right-tupperware! there is one at my work on display and i had a chance to look at it closely. p.o.s! whats the deal with all the plastic? the fender wells are square. you couldnt even take the plastic off if you wanted to because the body is shaped around it. what the hell were they thinking? also the interior looks old. really squared off and old looking buttons. oh well just glad i bought my ford.
