Can anyone give me a DETAILED set of instructions on removing the black plastic trim from top of my bumper? I am looking to remove it and reintall it since I will be painting it this weekend. I would like not to destroy it in the process. Thanks.

 

Easy, they are held on with plastic removable rivets.I bought one from ford that matched the color of my truck .From inside the bumper I used a pair side cutters to pop the head out about 1/4inch then it should come right out.Don't cut the head off just pop it out a little and they come right out.
